  • 300g Mandarins
  • 2 tbsp Water

Wash apples and mandarins. Blend peeled mandarins with two tablespoons of water and strain.

Pour the tangerine blend into a dish. Before serving, cut apple into thin slices and lay on top of tangerine blend.
A fresh, sweet and delicate fruit dish and an alternative way to eat fruit.

PROPERTIES:

Pectins, on the other hand, are polysaccharides found in the cellular walls of vegetal origin and help to increase the consistency of feces.
