TURMERIC AND GINGER BREW
INGREDIENTS
- 50 cl Water
- 10g Turmeric
- 5g Ginger
- 1 teaspoon organic honey
- 1 Mint

- Characteristics: ginger helps to combat nausea. Turmeric and ginger also have anti-inflammatory properties, facilitate digestion and stimulate the immune system.
- Ideal as: hot drink to be consumed at any time of the day
METHOD
Heat the water to 90 degrees Celsius.
Grate the turmeric and ginger root. Place them in a filter.
Place the filter in hot water and brew for about 5 minutes. On hot days you can place brew in fridge so it can be drunk cold.
Always choose Italian or organic roots.
