CREAM OF BEANS AND ALMONDS
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g naturally leavened durum wheat bread
- 50 gr of almonds
- 200 gr of cooked white beans
- 5 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 5 ml of apple cider vinegar
- 2,5 ml of lemon juice
- 5 ml of Tahina – sesame cream
- Salt to taste

PREPARATION
Put the almonds in a blender and grind them into powder. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Season with salt. Spread on toast.
You can also enjoy the cream with fresh vegetables in vinaigrette or as a dressing for a salad.
