WATER CRACKERS WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g “0” flour
- 6 tablespoons (about 90 ml) cold water
- 2 tablespoons (about 30 ml) extra virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt

METHOD
Make a dough with flour, oil and water and knead it well.
Put it in a freezer bag and let it rest for at least an hour.
Turn on the oven at 180 ° C.
Flour the pastry board, or quietly use the dough sheeter, roll the sheet thin and cut into rectangles (even leaving them stuck together and placing the whole sheet in the pan to avoid deforming them).
Arrange the rectangles of dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, sprinkle with a few grains of coarse salt and bake for 10 ‘- 15’ minutes or until you see them begin to color.
