HOW TO MAKE TESTAMENT

You can choose between two methods of will:

Holographic will
It is the simplest form of a will. It has basic requirements, that is, it must be handwritten, dated and signed. It must be kept in a safe place or handed over to a trusted person or a notary. The notary can receive it in a simple fiduciary deposit.

Public will
It requires the presence of a notary who takes care of the drafting and, in the presence of witnesses, signs it together with them and the person who requested the deed. The notary acts as guarantor and custodian of the deed and guarantees the correct articulation of the provisions as well as ascertaining the applicant’s ability to understand and will.
