CARROTS, DAIKON AND TAMARI DRINK
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Spoon of grated carrot
- 1 small teaspoon of tamari (fermented soya sauce)
- 1 poon of grated daikon spoon (alternatively turnip can be used)
- 1 Pinch of salt
NUTRITIONAL VALUE
- Energy value: 15 KCal
- Features: diuretic drink to help motility of the intestine
METHOD
Pour two cups of water in a pot and add grated carrot and daikon. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add with a little salt, tamari and grated ginger.
It is an excellent diuretic drink and can help with the motility of intestine.
