Fennel salad, apples, nuts and pomegranate

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 fennel (700-800 g)
  • 2 medium apples
  • 6-8 nuts
  • 1 large pomegranate (or two small)

METHOD

Remove the ends from the fennel, then remove the hard parts and cut them into wedges by soaking them in water for a few minutes. Rinse, dry and cut into thin slices.

Wash the apples well, cut them in half, remove the stem and the glass, then slice them into cubes.

Put the fennel and apples in a bowl, add the shelled nuts and season with oil. Mix and decorate with
