    Daniela Spada – Since 1984 I have attended the European Institute of Design and at the same time worked passionately as a Graphic Designer, first for third-party studies and then just graduated, founding Stylografica in 1988 with 3 other friends, a company that will be in frenetic activity until 1994 when I will continue my business alone for 6 years.

    And these are my 16 of graphics.
    In 2000 I suddenly and obligatorily changed my life.
    In 2001 I understand that cooking for me is and always will be “love”.
    Since then I have lived among pots and pans, between grams and deciliters, between flours and semolina, between bulgur and cous cous.
    Graduated cook and pastry chef for reasons of particular disability I have never practiced in the kitchen of restaurants here and there but …

    In 2010 I opened the blog www.cucinaamoremio.com which in 2014 will become a real site that will naturally be called  www.cucinaamoremio.it, a site that after 8 years is full of recipes as balanced as possible, often “healthy” and almost always particular (never a fried, never a foie gras, sausages or cheeses YES but only if certified and of “excellent family”).

    Also in 2014 I opened the Amore Mio Cooking School based on ethics and knowledge of food and which Mr. Covid has decided to close in 2020.
    In 2022 the collaboration with ONCOLOGY and CUCINA was born, the site born from the need to communicate, guide and above all simplify the life of cancer patients.
    Without forcing them to spend too much time worrying about meals and navigating between nutrients, allergens, antagonists and intolerances.
    Providing easily replicable guidelines and recipes, based on the Mediterranean diet and adapted for each specific oncological pathology.
